What should I do if my package is damaged during shipment?
If the package is damaged, open it to see if the product is damaged. If it is not damaged, you can still use it. If the product is damaged, you can refuse to sign for it and return it to us. If you find that the product in the parcel is damaged after you have signed for it, please immediately record a video or take a photo clearly showing the defective product, and contact customer service or send an email containing a description of your specific problem, order number and a picture or video of the parcel to info@mevol.com within 72 hours after you sign for it. Our customer support will solve your problem as soon as possible after receiving it.
