General Questions
Mevol devices are easy to maintain. You can use a dry cotton swab to gently wipe the device’s charging port and inside the device. Do not disassemble the internal unit of the device while cleaning it, as this may cause damage to the device.
All Mevol devices are not waterproof. Keep Mevol devices in a dry environment.
Mevol product warranty coverage applies only to malfunction or damage that occurs under normal and safe use. During the warranty period, if your product is damaged by non-human conditions, you can contact our customer service for inspection and confirmation so that you can enjoy our after-sales service. We do not provide warranty service if the product you purchased is damaged due to human causes, such as accidental dropping, crushing, bumping, disassembling, or due to improper use and storage of the device.

Product Questions
Please check if the pod is installed in place.
Please check if the electrodes on the pod and device have any grime.
Please perform a charging test to see if it’s a dead battery.
Please refer to the user manual of your device, and check the status of the LED indicator to see if there is a short circuit, insufficient power, or the coil and the device are disconnected etc.
The internal components are damaged due to dropping the device or water into the device, resulting in a failure to power on the device.
Please check if the charger can work normally, and if the charger is abnormal or can’t output a 5V voltage, resulting in a failure to charge the device.
Please check if the charging cable is normal or whether there is any grime attached to the USB port, change another cable for test.
Please check if the LED indicator on the device is normal during charging, please refer to User Manual.
If the device hasn’t been charged when it’s not used or “low battery” for a long time, the battery will be over discharged and damaged, and the battery can’t be recovered after charging for 10-15 minutes, please unplug the charging cable.
Connect the device to a power source using a Type-C cable. The battery indicator will turn on during charging and turn off once the battery is fully charged.
The rechargeable battery has a validity period of 12 months. Replace the pod when it is empty, nearly empty, or if you notice a significant change in flavor. Regular replacement of the pod is essential to ensure optimal performance and safety. Please check the manufacturing date on the product you purchased and do not use it if it has exceeded its validity period.
If the device is not functioning correctly or the battery is damaged, safely dispose of it at a household recycling center and replace it with a new vape.
